Our Story
Vector was founded in 2018 by a father and two sons who shared a common goal: to build a construction company grounded in experience, integrity, and long-term value.
As Drayson and Collin transitioned out of professional hockey, they brought the same discipline, teamwork, and competitive drive that defined their athletic careers into the construction industry. Drayson shifted his focus toward development, investing in projects and applying an owner’s perspective to every decision. Collin plays a key role in construction execution and subcontractor coordination, managing competitive bidding and overseeing project delivery across multi-family, commercial, and residential work. A licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker and Procore-certified professional, he brings strong technical knowledge and market insight to every project
Anchoring the company is, Mark, whose decades of experience managing large-scale commercial and residential projects provide the technical expertise and leadership that guide every phase of construction. Together, the three owners bring distinct strengths—development, real estate, and construction management—creating a balanced and highly capable leadership team.
